Go to iTunes (www.itunes.com)
Download and install iTunes 4.9 or later Launch iTunes
You should see an icon to the top left that is purple for "Podcasts", click on it
This will take you to your current subscribed Podcast, which should be none to start.
Click on the link for "Podcast Directory" bottom left of the center panel
You should see a "Search" field next to a magnifying glass.
Enter "Cornerstone Resource Room" and click the magnifying glass
It should bring back the result of "Cornerstone Resource Room"
Click Subscribe and you are ready to listen after it downloads the show
